Cabot Health Breast Health capsules combine important nutrients that may assist relieve breast tenderness linked to pre-menstrual tension.

Sadly, it can not be easy to obtain an adequate quantity of these nutrients from the diet alone. This occurs due to poor diets, the reduction of minerals in the soil, processing and bulk production of foods.

Herbal extracts equivalent to dry:
Fucus vesiculosus whole plant (kelp) (providing 160 mcg iodine) 533 mg
Nutrients:
Selenium (as selenomethionine) 100 mcg
Cholecalciferol (vitamin D3) 1000 IU
Zinc 5 mg
Not Added: Gluten, dairy, lactose, yeast and artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners and preservatives.
Adults: 1 capsule each day with food, or as directed by health practitioner.
Cautions and Contraindications:
Vitamin supplements can not replace a healthy diet.
This product consists of selenium which is toxic in high doses. Do not exceed recommended daily dose of 150mcg of selenium.
Not to be used in those with an overactive thyroid gland, unless urinary iodine levels are checked and the patient’s health practitioner recommends iodine supplementation.
If you experience any breast symptoms such as nipple changes or lumps, consult your health practitioner immediately.
