Herbs of Gold Sleep Ease is a formula consisting of traditional herbs to deal with sleep issues including sleeplessness, mild anxiety and  restlessness.

Sleep Ease contains traditionally used herbs:
For the relief of sleeplessness and mild anxiety and restlessness
To reduce the effects of nervous tension, assisting to promote sleep.
As sedative and anti-anxiety herbs to help promote sleep.
Ziziphus, traditionally used in Chinese medicine, as a sedative for the relief of sleeplessness.
Magnolia bark, used in traditional Chinese medicine, assists to provide symptomatic relief from mild anxiety.
Passionflower is used to relieve sleeplessness and restlessness caused by nervous stress.
Californian used as a sedative to relieve sleeplessness and nervousness.

Each capsule contains:
Herbal extracts equiv. to dry:

Ziziphus jujube var. Spinosa (Ziziphus) seed 3g

Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) inner stem bark 1g

Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb flowering and fruiting 750mg

Eschscholzia californica (Californian poppy) herb 400mg

Not Added: Egg, peanut, milk, soy, animal products, tree nuts, gluten, yeast, lactose or artificial colours, flavours or preservatives.
Vegan friendly.

Doses:
Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 2-3 capsules one hour before bed, or as directed by health practitioner.

Children under 12 years:
Take only as directed by health practitioner.
